In Season 22, Apex Legends will hit the cyberpunk style. The update called “Impulse” promises a lot of exciting content. For example, neon-lit map, accelerated revival mechanics and so on.

Three: Rebirth will be the mechanics of this very revival. It will allow Legends to stay in the match longer and requires no banners or beacons. As long as at least one squad member is alive, gamers up to the fourth ring will automatically revive on a timer. However, with each death and with each subsequent round it will take more and more seconds to “respawn”. To reduce the waiting time, allies should perform aggressive actions like dealing damage and kills.
The map “Quarter E” will appear – it, according to the developers, is perfect for dynamic vertical fights. This is an entertainment center, which in the past has survived riots and even a chemical attack.
They will introduce the ability to fire two guns at once. In each hand you can put a P2020 or “Mozambique”, but it will not be possible to combine the barrels between each other. In the paired shooting mode, the speed and magazine capacity increase, but the sight is disabled, and reloading takes longer.
Combat flair was supplemented with a couple of new features – temporary health scales and backlighting, which appears when hitting an opponent. “But keep your eyes open – if you lose sight of your enemy, his health bar will disappear,” Respawn warned.
The “Battle Royale with Bots” mode will help to build up your hand in Apex Legends. According to the team, this option will suit both beginners and those who have not played for a long time, or want to hone their skills outside the usual or rating skirmishes. You can fight against the AI either alone or together with your friends.
Speaking of newcomers. For them Respawn has prepared a fresh starter pass – a unique set of tests that will allow you to master the key skills required on the battlefields of the battle royal. For increasing the level of the pass will give “cosmetics” and legendary tokens. The latter should be enough to unlock one legend of the gamer’s choice.
The update will start on August 6. On the same day “Battle Passes” in Apex Legends will be split in two – each season will have two halves instead of one pass.
